Seneca Stag Brewing Company is a new farm brewery located near the village of Penn Yan, NY. Built in a refurbished hay barn not far from the shores of Seneca Lake, our mission is to satisfy Central New York’s growing thirst for hand-crafted beers, in a rustic setting that honors the heritage and culture of traditional German biergartens.
This brewery is frequently included on our Seneca Lake Tours, offering private, customizable chauffeur service throughout the region.
